45 min turkey

I'm not hosting Thanksgiving this year...but if I was, and I was roasting a turkey, I would do it this way. Don't worry. It's not deep-fried. Oh please won't someone try it and tell me how it goes? Please?

I didn't try the turkey (my aunt roasted one, and dad and uncle deep fried the other).
