I seem to remember that I was in a cooking slump last year about this time, and winter squash and sausage brought me out of my stupor.
I'm thinking that just might work again this year. :)
We went apple picking yesterday. I bought a HUGE amount of apples. So this week I'm going to be making apple pies and crisps and muffins and cakes and sauce for freezing and using throughout the year.
Mmmm....apple pie.

And Acorn squash is always in order around this time of year. :)
